Laker athletes! Indian Lake will have an Athletic Physical Day at the Mary Rutan Health Center in Bellefontaine on Wednesday, May 29th from 3:30-6pm. Pick up a new physical form from the office. There is no charge for the physical.
Reminder: Physical forms must be completed in full and signed by a parent prior to receiving the physical.
You must have a current physical to participate in fall sports.
