Indian Lake High School BPA students Hannah Metzger and Alex Kinney certainly seized the opportunity at the recent National Business Professionals of America Conference and Awards in Chicago.
In her second year of qualifying for the prestigious event, senior Hannah Metzger earned an impressive 12th place in the nation in Business Law and Ethics on her test. Sophomore Alex Kinney placed 32nd in the country on her test in Fundamental Accounting. Awesome job, ladies!!
While they were in Chicago for the awards, they also took in the sights with groups from Upper Scioto Valley, Ben Logan, Kenton and Riverside Schools. They went on a boat tour downtown, ate dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, watched a stage show, toured Navy Pier, enjoyed Willis Tower SkyDeck and more. ILHS BPA Advisor Lisa Coburn chaperoned the group.
