
The deadline to apply for free or reduced lunches is quickly approaching. Signing up is quick and easy!
If your child is currently eating meals that are free or reduced based on last school year's application and you have not completed this year's application, you need to do so by Friday or that discount will expire and full price will be charged on Monday.
Again, the deadline is September 30th.
The USDA has informed school districts to return to normal operations for school meals beginning in the 2022-2023 school year. The federal government provided free lunches to all students the past 2 years as part of COVID-19 relief, but the program is now terminated.
This means families will again pay for lunch and breakfast according to the financial status they qualify for: free, reduced, or full pay. Free and Reduced meal applications must be completed for reduced or free lunch meals. These applications are included in the Indian Lake Schools online forms that parents are required to submit at the beginning of each school year. They are found at

Parents may also put money on their student(s) lunch account at https://www.k12paymentcenter.com or by sending cash/check with your student.
