2023 Show Choir Spectacular

We can say for sure that this big class of Meistersinger seniors at ILHS has changed us for good! (For Good is a song from their show:)
All of the Indian Lake show choirs performed on stage for the final time this school year during the recent Spring Show Choir Spectacular.
The ILMS 5-6th Spectaculars and the ILMS 7-8th grade Sophisticlefs presented their full shows, after having only performed one song each at the Fall Show Choir Extravaganza. The Spectaculars showcased several uplifting songs and the Sophisticlefs had fun with their new Michael Jackson medley of songs.

The ILHS Meistersingers then performed their musical themed show including songs from Footloose, Wicked, Wonderland, Kinky Boots, Pump Boys and Dinettes, and Proud Mary. They featured solos by Regan Ross, Jalan Martin, Marah Reames and Beau Young. The Vocal Jazz Ensemble also unveiled a new song--You're the One That I Want from Grease.

Meistersingers
At the conclusion of the show, IL Vocal Music Director and Meistersinger Director Tracey Notestine introduced the 14 seniors who have been involved in music and show choir for many years.
The seniors are: Mason Beres, Sierra DeWeese, Garrett Foreman, Jaelyn Hughes, Emma King, Jalan Martin, Paige Mefford, Brant Parsell, Grace Pequignot, Katelyn Pippin, Gabe Shepherd, Marah Reames, Regan Ross and Beau Young.
She said there are big shoes to fill for next year. Meantime, Meistersinger tryouts will begin after the ILHS Choir Concert on May 2nd. ILMS show choirs will hold tryouts in the fall.
