Attention All Indian Lake Athletes entering grades 7-12!
This year's Athletic Physical Day will be Wednesday, May 20th from 9:00-11:30 at the Mary Rutan Health Center. We will be transporting you to and from the facility for your physicals. On this day, physicals are done free of charge!
Important - You must sign up to ride the bus in the HS or MS office. If you are not on the list we will not transport you. Also, you will need to bring a completed physical form with ALL required signatures with you in order to get your physical. You can pick up a new physical form in the office, in the athletic department or print one from this link.

In addition to free physicals, Mary Rutan Cardiovascular Services will be providing a free heart EKG screen for athletes that would be interested in this service. This is not a mandatory test! It is simply an option for any parent/student athlete that would want to participate.
The testing will take place at the same time as your sports physicals on the second floor of the Health Center in the cardiac clinic. This test is for individuals that have not been diagnosed with a cardiac issue in the past. It is a test for undiagnosed, otherwise considered healthy student athletes.
This is not a test that would specifically eliminate an athlete from participation in sport, but is a service for determining any undiagnosed cardiac issue that an athlete/parent may be unaware is present.
