Maddie Stotler from the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center spoke to upperclassmen during the 3E Kickoff event at ILHS recently.
She discussed the importance of students using the final years of high school to decide their E--Enroll, Enlist or Employ? Each individual must decide whether to enroll to further their education, enlist in the military or become employed locally. Stotler explains that this is the seventh full year for the 3E program in Logan County and our community needs these young people to return.
She unveiled a list of events throughout the year designed to help students decide their E including:

Manufacturing Day- October 8th, Company Tours
College Day- October 9th, Ben Logan High School
Enlistment Week- November 9-16th
Financial Aid Night- November 19th, Bellefontaine High School
FAFSA Completion- December 10th
Game of Life- January 20th, Indian Lake High School
Power Pace Speed Interviews- Every Tuesday in February, Indian Lake High School
Career Expo- March 11th at Indian Lake High School and
3E Signing Day- April or May
In addition, there will also be monthly career speakers at ILHS.
Like years past, ILHS will also spotlight students weekly who have chosen their E. Those senior students simply need to email Jamie Ross at [email protected] to be recognized.
The 3E initiative is an effort by the Logan County Collaborative, which includes the Logan County Area Chamber of Commerce, local schools, area employers and more.
