988: 988 is a free, 24/7 resource that can get you into contact with real
people that understand what to do in a crisis. If you’re stressed,
having thoughts of self harm, or if you just need to blow off some
steam, 988 can help by listening to you without judging you. You can
call or text this number.

211: 211 is a “Help” button for when you are struggling and can’t seem
to get ahead. It is a free, confidential service that connects you to local
resources.
If you’re struggling with homelessness, what you’re going
to eat, or how to pay for doctor visits, 211 can help.

Domestic Violence services: 800-799-7233.
This is the number for the Domestic Violence Hotline. Domestic Violence is a pattern of behavior where one person tries to gain power or control over another person in a relationship. Domestic violence doesn’t just have to be
physical, it can be mental, emotional, verbal, social, digital, or
financial.

Recovery Zone is a peer-run organization that offers support for
mental health and substance use recovery. It is a safe place that gives
one-on-one peer support and also provides group sessions. It is
completely free. Their hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 3
PM.
