The Community Health and Wellness Partners School-Based Health Clinic at ILMS will hold a Vaccine Clinic on Monday, August 26th right after school starts.
ALL incoming 7th grade and 12th grade students in Ohio must have proof that they have the following immunizations:
* Students entering the 7th grade are required to have the Tdap vaccine and at least one dose of the meningococcal vaccine.
* Students entering the 12th grade must have at least one meningococcal vaccine after they turn 16.
Parents may take their student to their doctor or the Logan County Health Department to receive these vaccinations as well.
