The 2025 All District Pep Rally pumped up the crowd full of Laker Spirit to carry through the fall season!
During the rally, ILHS Principal Mr. Wagner announced the Homecoming Court that students voted on earlier this week.
Congratulations to Senior Homecoming King Ke'Shawn Blackwell and Queen Riley Ross! The Court is rounded out with Seniors Evie Wagner and Avery Pequignot, Juniors Cami Bailey and Gary Hutton, Sophomores Alivia Kinney and Braden Tussing, and Freshmen Ayla Brentlinger and Nixon Lillard.
The Elementary School won the Spirit Key as they out-yelled everyone with their big energy and excitement!
IL Head Football Coach Jonn Rapp encouraged the crowd to come out and support the Lakers for the rest of the season. He also praised the success so far of all the other fall sports and spirit in the student sections at all events.
Then he introduced his nephew, senior Owen Kaser, who led the crowd in his signature L-A-K-E-R-S cheer!
The Homecoming Festivities begin October 2nd with the Community Parade and Pep Rally in Russells Point. The Game is October 3rd and the dance is October 4th.

The Indian Lake Varsity Football Cheerleaders and Indian Lake Marching Band will host an All District Pep Rally on Friday, September 12th in Laker Stadium.
All students from the elementary, middle and high school will attend. Ohio Hi-Point students are also invited to return to campus for the event.
All Fall Sports Teams will be recognized and Mr. Wagner will announce the 2025 Homecoming King, Queen and Court.
Be advised, students will be moving from the stadium back to the buildings around dismissal time. Please be extra cautious while driving on campus as students are walking back to their buildings!
