FY26 Open Enrollment Renewal forms are being mailed on May 1st to students who are currently open enrolled to Indian Lake Local Schools. If students wish to continue attending Indian Lake Schools under the provisions of open enrollment, the form must be be signed by the parent / legal guardian and returned to the student's school office by the last day of school or to the superintendent's office by June 1. Upon receipt of the signed renewal form, students are considered approved and will not receive an additional acceptance letter.
Students living outside of the district who wish to open enroll to Indian Lake Local Schools for the first time may request an Open Enrollment application from the superintendent's office by calling 937-686-8004. New open enrollment applicants will be approved on a first come basis, according to program availability. New applicants will receive a letter in the mail notifying them of their acceptance or denial by August 1, 2025.
The deadline to apply for open enrollment is October 1, 2025.
