This is a reminder that all students entering 12th grade are required to have a 2nd dose of the meningococcal vaccine. This vaccine must be completed as soon as possible. Please send in or fax documentation of your child receiving these vaccines to 937-686-0024 or drop off to the high school office. Any questions please contact our district nurse, Kourtney Thompson at 937-686-7323.
