We plan to start summer running in groups as soon as it is safe to do so. We're also looking forward to seeing everyone and having our first Monday Fun Day!
If you are looking for some new places to run, I've compiled a list of the best local parks open for outdoor recreation. These parks are ranked solely on the ability to run there and are within 40 minutes of Indian Lake High School.
Running, or 30-60 minutes of brisk activity daily, is an excellent way to boost your immune system and increase physical fitness. Running also provides many mental health benefits!
