Indian Lake senior Ethan Coppel invites you to hear the moving stories of three local veterans. He was inspired to create this video on his own ahead of Veterans Day.

Coppel explains, "I like talking to veterans because it's always so interesting. I love supporting them, especially Vietnam veterans because they did not get the recognition they deserved when they returned."
Coppel spent a few weeks working on the project. He found and interviewed five local veterans, then edited. Three local veterans are featured in the first installment. Two more will be featured in his second video that is yet to be released.
Turns out Coppel will be able to use his video project as an assignment for school in his Senior Literature class, but he says that's just an added bonus.
Coppel is already accepted to the film school at Taylor University in Indiana after he graduates.
