Lewistown OH 43333, until 12:00 noon, local time, on July 16, 2015, for repairs and asphalt
overlay on the student parking lot and drive at Indian Lake High School. Bids will be opened and
read immediately afterwards. No prebid meeting is scheduled; contact Larry Flora,

package electronically, ask questions about the project, or schedule a site visit. This notice is

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form described in the Instructions to
Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The Board
reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such
investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility.
